As a thank you for your continued loyalty, Joni’s Beauty Bar is introducing our Rewards & Loyalty Program. Clients will accumulate points for various transactions, such as pre-booking an appointment or referring a new client. It's that simple!
What are points?
Joni’s points were created to thank you for being a loyal client. Points are rewarded each time you purchase retail products, book an appointment online via Online Booking or receive services over $125. These points can be used towards all retail purchases. This program is free and is presented as a courtesy to all of our gorgeous clients.
How do I get started?
All Joni’s Beauty Bar clients are automatically enrolled.
How do I accumulate points?
Points are accumulated with services over $125 and every retail purchase at Joni’s Beauty Bar. Points are only awarded when eligible transactions are rung up through the register. Below is a list of ways points can be accumulated and their assigned value:
- 500 points for referring a new client to Joni’s Beauty Bar
- 100 points for pre-booking your next appointment during your current visit
- 100 points for booking an appointment online via Online Booking
- 1 point for every dollar spent on retail purchases
How much are points worth?
100 points = $1
How many points do I have?
Your points total will be listed at the bottom of your Joni’s Beauty Bar appointment ticket or receipt.
How can I redeem my points?
Points may be redeemed for retail purchases only. However our exclusive members reserve the right to use their points for retail or services. Points are NOT eligible for any gift card transactions. Let the front desk know you would like to use your points upon checkout. Points accumulated for retail transactions are deducted if any item is returned. If points are used to make a retail purchase and that product is returned, points are refunded back to the client account.
Are my points redeemable for cash?
Points are NOT redeemable for cash.
Are points transferable?
No. Points can only be redeemed by the person who earned them.
Do points expire?
Points are accumulated during the calendar year and expire at the end of December each year. It is the client's responsibility to claim unredeemed points prior to expiration.
